Amy Foell

Workforce Development Consultant

Amy Foell serves as the Workforce Development Consultant for the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. She manages the K12 Foothill Consortium contract which supports work-based learning outcomes for career technical education within Azusa, Charter Oak, Duarte and Monrovia Unified School Districts. Amy is also the Career Pathway Specialist for Citrus College’s Career Technical Education Division.  Previously Amy served as the Workforce Development Director at the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce from 2015-2019 supporting Pasadena Unified School District’s work-based learning and financial literacy initiatives.

Before coming to the San Gabriel Valley, Amy worked in higher education for InsideTrack, supporting Brandman University, Devry Online, and Arizona University with enrollment, persistence and graduation rates. Hailing from Maryland, Amy co-founded a violence prevention program in Baltimore City’s Frederick Douglass High School called, AdvoKids. She has a Master’s in Teaching and a Bachelor’s in Social Science from Towson University.
