Introduction to the Kaiser Permanente Covina Medical Office Building Project

Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park will host a Prequalification Workshop in partnership with their general contractor, Whiting-Turner, and the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership, to explain the various opportunities for subcontractors to work on the project.  Whiting-Turner will provide prequalification forms for businesses interested in bidding on the project.

All Kaiser Permanente construction projects require that work be performed by unionized subcontractors.

Registrants may complete the prequalification form and return it to  tara.pedroza@whiting-turner.com before the event.

About the Covina Medical Offices

Construction is expected to start in April 2020.  Anticipated completion is August 2021, with the grand opening at the end of 2021. 

The building will be located at 1164 Park View Ave.  It will be close to 60,000 square feet, 3 stories, and will offer the following services:
